I had to return something and it was straightforward. Didn’t take long and there wasn’t much hassle, so that was nice.

"Helpful Customer Service When I Needed It"
I was a bit frustrated at the time because I’d run into a sizing issue, but their customer service got back to me quickly. They handled it without making it a big hassle, which I really appreciated. I’d be happy to use them again.

"Reaaally nice jacket, just a little pricey"
The jacket feels super solid and the stitching looks really well done. I’m happy with the quality overall, but yeahhh, it does feel a bit expensive for what it is.

I really liked the jacket overall , but the sleeves were longer than I expected . It still looks good , just not quite the fit I was hoping for .

"Delivery was fine, maybe I just expected it a bit quicker"
I ordered a jacket from schoffelcountry.com and overall the delivery was good. I got the tracking email quickly and the parcel turned up nicely packed, so no complaints there. It did take a day or two longer than I thought it would, though maybe I was just being a bit impatient. Nothing major in the end, and I’m happy with the service. I’d probably order from them again.
